1. Cancellation

  • You may cancel a scheduled service by calling or emailing us at least 2 hours before the appointment.

  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a nominal visit fee.

2. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed without any fee if done at least 2 hours in advance.

  • Based on technician availability, we will confirm a new time slot.

3. Refunds

  • If you pre-paid for a service and canceled in time, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • If a service is incomplete or unsatisfactory, you may request a review. If we find the complaint valid, we may offer a re-service or partial refund.

4. No-Show Policy

If our technician visits your location and you are unavailable without prior notice, a service charge may be applicable.
